1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Weapon Ball Z ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hyntez ("we", "us", or "the Developer"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Weapon Ball Z is a free-to-play mobile and PC game. The Game includes optional in-app purchases, online multiplayer features, and account systems that may require sign-in via Google, Apple, or other supported methods.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
Some features of the Game require you to create an account or sign in using a third-party account (Google, Apple). You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
- All activities that occur under your account.
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes.
4. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Purchased items are tied to your account and have no real-world monetary value. We do not guarantee that purchased items will remain available or unchanged.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use the Game to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Use cheats, exploits, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other users or developers.
- Spam, scam, or distribute malicious content through any Game feature.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
6. Online Multiplayer & Leaderboards
The Game features online multiplayer modes and leaderboards. Rankings and scores are recorded and displayed publicly. We reserve the right to reset or remove scores that we determine to be obtained through cheating or exploitation.
We are not responsible for user-generated content, communications, or interactions in online modes. Use caution and good judgment when interacting with other players.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the Game — including but not limited to characters, weapons, artwork, music, sound effects, story, text, and code — is the intellectual property of Hyntez and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Game without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Game may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to: Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Firebase, Unity IAP, LootLocker, and ad networks.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs, glitches, or data loss. You use the Game at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyntez and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, progress, accounts, or purchases.
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
- Emotional distress, device damage, or battery drain caused by the Game.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hyntez and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Game or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Game at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Extended inactivity of your account.
- Requests from law enforcement or legal authorities.
Upon termination, your right to use the Game immediately ceases. Purchased items and account data may be deleted and are not recoverable.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Game, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Game and delete it from your device.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Developer is registered or resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the country in which the Developer is registered or resides.
